Spreepark Art Space is pleased to announce the Open Studio with the current residency group MOTHS, an art collective consisting of Hanwen Zhang, Yujia Bian, Xiaolu Yan, and Niel de Vries.

Under the idea of “pickling” as a kind of questioning process, the group presents its research work in the collective kitchen on the first floor of the Eierhäuschen through selected materials, including photos, videos, fictional texts, drawings, and homemade pickled cucumbers. The collective invites visitors to engage in a dialogue about preservation, socialist nostalgia, and invasive species. Have a Spreepark cucumber with us!
