The Goethe-Institut is the Federal Republic of Germany's cultural institute, active worldwide. For over 70 years, it has been promoting international cultural exchange, the German language and the free expression of culture and science. In a global network of around 150 institutes in 99 countries, it works with government and civil society partners, supports international cultural collaborations, residencies and co-productions, and creates spaces for open, democratic dialogue.
Spreepark Art Space cooperates with the Ecological Futures project as part of its residency programme. In doing so, the Goethe-Institut promotes collaboration between art, architecture and social actors and strengthens the international networking of cultural professionals on ecological issues.
