Edible Alchemy takes you on a flavourful journey through the Spreepark and into the world of fermentation. Alexis Goertz presents the Spreepark Kräuterbräu-Bar with a tasting of home-brewed, fermented drinks with seasonal flowers and herbs from the Spreepark, such as yarrow, mugwort and Douglas fir. In a long-standing collaboration with Spreepark Art Space, Alexis has researched the 52 seasons of the park - resulting in a calendar for harvesting medicinal plants, edible flowers and herbs.

At the beginning of the tasting of lemonades with kombucha and water kefir, Katja Aßmann, Artistic Director of Spreepark Art Space, will talk to Alexis Goertz about the artistic research of Edible Alchemy in Spreepark.
