BerlinPay - Clean-up Day: Shallow water and shoreline zone
Help us protect a special habitat. Our shallow-water zone at the boat landing of the Eierhäuschen is a small natural paradise in the heart of the city—home to frogs, newts, insects, birds, as well as grasses, willows, and wetland plants. Along 100 meters of shoreline, we have created space for biodiversity.
To ensure that this habitat continues to thrive, we warmly invite you to join our community clean-up. Because even a protected place needs helping hands.
As a token of our appreciation, you can participate free of charge in a guided tour by Campus Stadt Natur (limited capacity) or visit our current exhibition at the Spreepark Art Space:
17:00–17:30 Introduction to the exhibition “Transient Landscapes”, Spreepark Art Space
18:00–20:00 Free guided tour “Urzeitkrebse – lebende Fossilien”, Campus Stadt Natur
Registration: hello@spreepark-artspace.berlin
The event takes place as part of BerlinPay Action Week. BerlinPay is a rewards system that makes civic engagement visible and values it—for visitors and Berlin residents alike. The focus is on sustainable experiences on and by the water.
